Overall Purpose:
Seeking a Business Analyst to assist with Level 3 Production Support.
· The candidate would work with the Line of Business, the internal user facing Production Support team, and the development team.
· The candidate doesn’t have to be extremely technical but should be able to observe trends with functionality to perform the initial analysis and research.
· The tool in production is for CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and AML focused; any experience with that is a plus but not required.
· 4-6 years experience ideal
