ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Product Control to join our Product Control Transformation workstream. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, supporting the delivery of strategic technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF). You will contribute significantly to enhancing P&L control, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance processes within the Product Control function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business requirements to define and deliver the necessary technology solutions supporting P&L control, reporting, and regulatory needs for Product Control.
  • Produce detailed project analysis, including data mapping, process improvement, and benefit validation, ensuring all deliverables align with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).
  • Collaborate with the Product Control team to assess the impact of transformation initiatives on daily operations.
  • Document and communicate required changes, impacts, and business benefits in detail according to BTF guidelines.
  • Lead system testing phases, ensuring Finance requirements are covered, and sign-off is achieved.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes, design solutions, and manage project delivery.
  • Provide data analysis to ensure that all project milestones and objectives are met efficiently.


KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience in Product Control within Global Banking and Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and their impact on Product Control functions.
  • Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working across business, IT, and senior management stakeholders.
