We are looking for Business Analyst with AML/KYC experience in large scale organization in banking/financial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer needs and the business landscape, translating them into clear business requirements
- Adhere to the requirements gathering and analysis process
- Ensure that all requirements align with strategic data models and the operating model
- Assist program management by assessing the impact of change requests on design, scope, timeline, budget, and effort within the program plan, providing accurate estimates for new requirements, design changes, and scope
- Conduct comprehensive impact assessments of proposed changes on processes, data, and systems, documenting findings formally
- Collaborate with the transformation lead and the broader project team to ensure that change initiatives linked to the Transformation program are driven to successful completion
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- +4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and design techniques
- Experience in delivering projects in a global environment using various methodologies (including Agile/Waterfall)
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, employing various analysis techniques, reconciling discrepancies, and proposing recommendations to senior stakeholders
