CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development of our new mid-market analytics platform. You will work between business stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help ensure that the solutions we build solve the right problems.

This role is suitable for both junior candidates with strong analytical fundamentals and middle-level Business Analysts ready to take more ownership of requirements and cross-functional initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Gather and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders and users

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA teams throughout the development process

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Document workflows, business rules, requirements, and process changes

  • Support backlog refinement and help clarify requirements for development teams

  • Analyse data and operational information to support business and product decisions

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and project discussions

  • Help validate delivered functionality against agreed business requirements

  • Track open questions, dependencies, and requirement changes throughout projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, data analysis, or a related role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with both business and technical teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or software products

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum development processes

  • Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation

  • Basic SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience

  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence products

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$70,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
