We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of our health services platform. In this role, you will work as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of valuable features.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with software development teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.

  • Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, and specifications.

  • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support testing activities by clarifying requirements and assisting with acceptance testing.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.

  • Experience working on software development projects.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.

  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.

  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms.

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic technical concepts.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

  • Knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, or data privacy standards.

  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Figma, Miro, or similar.
