The Business Analyst Consultant within UnitedHealthOne will be instrumental in advancing healthcare insurance initiatives by transforming complex business requirements into actionable strategies and solutions. This role is all about building strong partnerships - working closely with business leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze processes, interpret data, and deliver improvements that drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate the shopper, broker and member experience. - Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data, including evaluating the analysis and interpretation of others' work
- Develop and implement effective and strategic business solutions through thorough research and analysis of data and business processes
- Support both short-term and long-term operational and strategic business activities via detailed analysis
- Capture user and business needs to ensure solutions are aligned with stakeholder requirements
- Lead testing readouts, facilitating the communication of results and insights to relevant teams
- Apply research insights to improve desktop and mobile shopping experiences, focusing on user-centric enhancements
- Lead and support various research projects designed to meet business needs, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, prototype and wireframe testing, A/B testing, card sort, and click test

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of UX research experience, preferably within the healthcare industry or related sectors
- 3+ years of proven experience in analyzing business processes and workflows, with the ability to provide evaluations, benchmarks, and process improvement recommendations
- Demonstrated success in testing both mobile and desktop designs using a wide array of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, prototype and wireframe testing, A/B testing, card sort, and click test
- Demonstrated proficiency with UX research, design, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, MUIQ, User Testing, Adobe Target, and AEM
- Portfolio showcasing applicable UX/UI research deliverables
- Willing and able to travel 10% +/- depending on business need
- Resides in the Los Angeles, CA area
