Job Description

TITLE: Business Analyst / Associate PM

LOCATION: Culver City, CA

DURATION: No less than six months

JOB DESCRIPTION: Need someone with advanced Microsoft project skills

Finance Optimization Team (FOT) is seeking a BA / Associate PM with advanced MS Project and MS PP skills needed to provide support on various project initiatives, including: Service Management, Integrated Plan and Cadency.

Ideal candidate should have the following skills: analytical skills, Finance background, knows Excel, experienced in Microsoft Project, able to work in a team and take direction/complete tasks on their own.

Description:

The Business Analyst sits in the Finance Optimization Department and will act as a key resource on initiatives that streamline and improve finance processes. Finance Optimization works to find efficiencies and improve business across the company by implementing new processes and systems for the finance community. This role will support processes and systems that have been put in place, ensuring that the initiatives are being followed and status communicated.

The Business Analyst will have responsibilities supporting various initiatives and systems within Finance Optimization, including maintaining project plans in Microsoft Project, creating decks and presentations, updating various systems, and providing analytical support using data from the systems.
