About the Role:

As a Business Analysis Specialist (Growth Focus) at Epic Kids Inc., you will be the engine behind our growth initiatives, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product teams. You’ll track and interpret key growth metrics, uncover friction points in the user acquisition funnel, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a bilingual analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complex datasets into meaningful business impact.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Bilingual Required: Yes (Mandarin and English)

  • The Role: You are the engine room of the Growth team. You turn raw data into actionable insights that the marketing and product teams use every day.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and report on daily growth metrics and KPI performance.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the user acquisition funnel through rigorous data analysis.
    • Support the Growth Strategy lead with ad-hoc tactical analysis.
  • Qualifications:
    • 3–5 years of experience in data/business analysis, specifically within growth or marketing teams.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization/analysis tools.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required 

Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit.
