Our fast-paced, globally facing Business Affairs team is looking for an ambitious and curious Business Affairs Executive to help support the creation and adaptation of Apple work across legal, cultural, and rights considerations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Business Affairs Managers and Associates on larger projects, learning our workflows and building the technical foundation of the discipline. You’ll work day-to-day with Account, Creative, and Production teams, as well as Business Affairs counterparts across our global network—playing a critical role in ensuring Apple’s work is made thoughtfully, responsibly, and at the highest standard.
The Work
- Maintain usage logs and organize project folders across MAL’s systems.
- Support Production Finance, including opening jobs, vendor setup, POs, and payment trackers.
- Create client-facing estimates and documentation.
- Research project-specific BA needs (usage, talent, products, cultural considerations, etc.).
- Build and maintain content licensing and international trackers.
- Support app developer outreach, approvals, and licensing.
- Assist with localization workflows across markets.
- Shadow the team to learn SAG contracts, estimating, and talent & residual payments.
- Build strong working relationships with Account, Creative, Production, Finance, and the global BA network.
- Uphold Apple’s confidentiality and security standards across all work.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and legal precedents.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing, production, or a related field (legal training not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured systems and trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in rights management, production workflows, and creative operations.
- Willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours when needed.
- Understanding of the U.S. advertising landscape and brand environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do approach.
- Genuine passion for Apple, advertising, and media.
Pay & Benefits
The base pay for this role is $55,000 annually (non-exempt; eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law).
