About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Business Advisor to drive exponential growth in the Rentals marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue, driving listing growth, and achieving overall growth targets by effectively closing opportunities and retaining existing Enterprise partnerships. As a key player in our fast-paced and ever-evolving business, you will play a critical role in our success not only in 2026 but also in the future. This position offers the opportunity to make a daily impact on the overall business.

The Business Advisor role is critical to our continued success, and as such, the successful candidate will be expected to achieve the following objectives:

  • Drive the new business sales cycle including identifying potential decision makers within existing portfolios, resolving prospect needs, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing.

  • Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services.

  • Perform a high volume of nationally based calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new business, upsell revenue, and increase partner participation.

  • Continually expand knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and advertising tendencies to maintain deep expertise in the Rentals landscape.

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, manage your calendar, and track opportunities.

  • Participate in conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to grow partnerships, revenue, and Zillow Rentals visibility.

  • Initiate new relationships within the industry through referrals, associations, and networking.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota on a quarterly basis.

  • Demonstrate the ability to excel in high-level conversations, including frequent engagement with C-suite leaders and multi-business-unit stakeholders, to drive strategic enterprise growth.

  • Lead complex, multi-party enterprise negotiations, including contract structuring, pricing strategy, and alignment with legal, finance, product, and executive leadership.

  • Own renewal, retention, and risk management across strategic accounts, using proactive forecasting and executive-level relationship development.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that incorporate long-term growth opportunities and cross-functional alignment.

  • Focus on Zillow’s largest, most complex, and highest-visibility partners, acting as a trusted advisor capable of influencing enterprise business outcomes.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and sales process improvements.

  • Provide internal leadership by mentoring other Business Advisors, elevating team performance, and contributing to onboarding, best-practice development, and thought leadership across the broader organization.

  • Act as a strategic contributor to enterprise go-to-market evolution, identifying new opportunities, supporting early-stage product pilots, and shaping approaches for emerging or high-impact initiatives.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, determining methods and procedures on new or special assignments, and leading cross-functional workstreams as needed.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $98,200.00 - $156,800.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $93,200.00 - $149,000.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • 6+ years sales/account management experience.

  • Possess a high energy and strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive can-do attitude virtually and in-person.

  • Excel at building relationships to drive revenue growth.

  • High degree of ownership, independence and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to present to decision makers up to  and including C-Suite.

  • A passion for high level conversations with decision makers and influencers.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications.

  • Salesfore.com or other CRM experience is preferred.

  • Proficient use of excel, tableau and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
