Responsibilities
  • Contribute to real business and operations projects in each rotation, delivering tangible results your host team can act on right away.
  • Analyze data and business problems, translate findings into clear recommendations, and support decision-making.
  • Apply modern tools - including leveraging AI and automation - to streamline processes, accelerate analysis, and drive efficiency.
  • Partner across functions and organizations, building relationships and learning how teams collaborate to deliver.
  • Ramp quickly on new domains, taking ownership of assignments with increasing independence.
  • Present project outcomes and learnings to program leadership and the steering committee at regular checkpoints.
  • Engage actively in program development, mentorship, and the cross-cohort catalyst community.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last two years (new college graduate). Preference for engineering, data science, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt across new teams, domains, and tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to leadership.
  • Collaborative approach and eagerness to build cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong AI skills - hands-on experience applying AI/ML, generative AI, or data-automation tools to real problems
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Internship, co-op, or project experience in a technical, product, or business-operations setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial drive.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$74,000.00 - $224,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
