About the Role:
As a Briefing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at CrowdStrike’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Sunnyvale. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, AV/IT, Facilities and Marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact executive briefings that align to our customers’ strategic goals. From briefing intake to execution and follow-up, you’ll be a key partner in delivering meaningful engagements that deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline.
CrowdStrike’s Executive Briefing Center is more than a space — it’s a platform for strategic conversations and lasting relationships. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver these moments, shaping how the world’s most influential companies experience CrowdStrike.
This is an onsite role based in Sunnyvale, CA, and requires an onsite presence during customer briefings.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned briefings, partnering with Sales and Account teams to assess customer needs and objectives.

Customize briefing agendas that align with strategic goals, coordinating with internal teams to secure the right executives, SMEs, and content.

Lead pre-brief planning calls, provide guidance to discussion leaders, and ensure all participants are prepared and aligned.

Host and Facilitate briefings onsite, ensuring an elevated, seamless, and professional experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

Review content and speaker flow, offering feedback to ensure relevance, consistency, and impact across sessions.

Maintain briefing systems and tools, updating agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups in collaboration with account teams.

Document customer feedback and insights post-briefing, identifying opportunities and sharing learnings to inform future engagements and strategy.

Support the continuous improvement of briefing experiences by partnering with your team on process enhancements, templates, and special projects.

Logistics Management of catering, room setup, personalizations, gifting and more.
What You'll Need:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and is passionate about delivering premium experiences. While you may not have deep expertise in every area below, you’re excited to grow and contribute meaningfully.

3-5 years of experience in customer programs, customer briefings, executive engagement, event planning, sales enablement, or marketing roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging presence.

Confident working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executives.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefings and timelines simultaneously.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Customer-obsessed, with a passion for creating meaningful, personalized experiences.

BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Must be based in the Sunnyvale area and available to host briefings in person.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
