Job Summary:

As a resourceful, creative, and strategic Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager you will drive brand growth and engagement across our target markets. Reporting to the CMO, this role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on brand and social marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and knows how to balance data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling.

You’ll own the voice, visual identity, and digital presence of Logically’s brand. From shaping our positioning to developing high-impact content and campaigns, you’ll play a central role in strengthening Logically’s reputation, driving audience engagement, and cultivating a loyal, informed community.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Identity

  • Maintain and optimize Logically’s brand presence across websites, social media, and collateral.
  • Refine brand positioning and visual identity systems (logos, colors, typography, imagery).
  • Serve as the brand champion across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in all communications.
  • Strategically create a digital presence that embodies Logically’s core values, expertise, and long-term vision.

Social Media Marketing

  • Lead paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and develop an organic social strategy to grow audience reach and engagement.
  • Build and execute content calendars aligned to strategic initiatives, campaigns, and industry trends.
  • Oversee reputation management across digital channels — responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews to maintain brand integrity, trust, and credibility.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and CTRs, using insights to optimize content and strategy.

Creative Campaigns & Content Production

  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and designers to produce multimedia content — videos, photography, graphics, blogs, and social posts — that bring Logically’s story to life.
  • Strategically capture and produce real-time content during company events, webinars, and in-office activities to highlight company culture, leadership, and innovation.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content to align with emerging trends, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with audience interests.
  • Oversee the development and production of creative assets, ensuring timely delivery within existing project workflows.

Reputation & Brand Authority

  • Proactively monitor and manage brand reputation, addressing feedback, inquiries, and client reviews with professionalism and transparency.
  • Analyze and adapt social and industry trends to align with Logically’s brand voice and audience interests, leveraging data insights to drive engagement and relevance.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders to amplify brand visibility and trust.
  • Engage with professional communities such as ISC², GTIA, and other IT and cybersecurity industry groups to expand Logically’s presence and strengthen brand authority.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and RevOps teams to align brand and performance metrics with broader marketing objectives.
  • Regularly share insights and recommendations with leadership to inform future brand and content strategies.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and freelancers, ensuring deliverables are on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Oversee creative quality from concept through execution, maintaining consistent alignment with Logically’s standards for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing or social media marketing, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or IT/cybersecurity.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy and execution across paid and organic channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and creative storytelling.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven optimization and performance tracking.
  • Creative, collaborative, and proactive — you take initiative and bring ideas to life.
  • Familiarity or passion for leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva AI) to enhance ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva.

What Success Looks Like

  • A cohesive and differentiated Logically brand identity consistently reflected across all channels.
  • Strong growth in brand engagement, social reach, and community interaction.
  • Increased brand recognition and thought leadership within the IT and cybersecurity industries.
  • A vibrant, authentic digital presence that connects with customers and prospects on a human level.
  • Highly efficient creative workflows and clear performance visibility into brand and social marketing ROI.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
