OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX One is redefining how audiences experience sports, news, and entertainment in one premium streaming destination. As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll play a central role in bringing the FOX One brand to life across every consumer touchpoint.

Reporting to the Brand & Creative team, you'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, CRM, Social, Media, Editorial, Communications, Product, and Design to ensure every FOX One experience is cohesive, premium, and unmistakably FOX One. You'll also serve as the day-to-day lead with external agency partners, helping drive integrated marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build one of the fastest-growing streaming brands in media while shaping how millions of consumers experience FOX One.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the evolution and execution of the FOX One brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Help ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across marketing, product, CRM, social, partnerships, paid media, and owned channels.
  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to strengthen the FOX One brand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Creative, Media, CRM, Social, Editorial, Communications, Product, and Design teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder communications, approvals, and campaign execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, media, production, and strategic agency partners.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives and third-party partnerships while maintaining FOX One brand standards.
  • Develop executive presentations, campaign recap decks, performance reports, and strategic readouts for leadership.
  • Track campaign performance and synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, project trackers, and brand resources to support efficient team operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, partnership marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience creating polished executive presentations.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign performance into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for building exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Passion for sports, news, entertainment, and the evolving streaming landscape.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of three days per week is an essential function of this position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working on direct-to-consumer (DTC) or subscription streaming products.
  • Experience managing external creative, media, or production agency relationships.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns spanning paid, owned, earned, CRM, and social channels.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to develop executive-ready performance insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while helping establish new processes and best practices.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
