We’re seeking a highly organized and strategic Brand Marketing Specialist to join our BoxLunch marketing team. This role will support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns—bridging creative ideas with operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines a passion for fandoms and storytelling with strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA, three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the development and execution of 360° brand campaigns across digital, retail, social, experiential, and partnerships.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment to ensure flawless execution.
- Partner with creative, social, retail, and external agency teams to translate strategy into engaging, consumer-first activations.
- Track campaign budgets, reporting, and post-mortems to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct trend, consumer, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy and brand positioning.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
- Proven project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect brand objectives to consumer insights and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for pop culture, fandom communities, and consumer engagement.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Trello, or similar).
