Yves Rocher is looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across the U.S. market and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities• Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead 360° go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches.
• Build and manage influencer and KOL programs, including recruitment, partnerships, campaign management, and performance analysis.
• Drive PR initiatives, media relations, press coverage, and product seeding programs.
• Plan and execute consumer events, influencer experiences, brand activations, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, CRM, Social Media, Sales, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (for Israel-based candidates).
• Experience marketing consumer brands in the U.S. market – a strong advantage.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands – an advantage.
