The Opportunity - We’re hiring a bold, strategic, and highly creative Brand Marketing Manager to help us shape how the world sees Level AI. You’ll use brand as a business lever — crafting narratives, building memorable campaigns, and scaling our presence across organic social, earned media, and creative channels. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborates closely with our CEO and executive team.We’re looking for someone who thrives on storytelling, has a point of view, and knows how to turn ideas into action. You won’t just define the brand — you’ll build it, every day.
What You’ll Do -
Own brand strategy and storytelling — help define and evolve how we show up in the market.
Lead creative brand campaigns — from concept to execution across channels like social, display, content, and more.
Scale our organic presence — develop a consistent voice and rhythm across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
Run our PR & Comms playbook — own the calendar, coordinate with agencies, and drive placements that matter.
Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams — synthesize inputs and align stakeholders on key narratives.
Evolve our creative system — help us scale our visual and verbal identity, working with freelancers and creative partners as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit - You’ve built or evolved brand narratives at a high-growth B2B tech company or top-tier creative agency.
You blend strategy with execution — you can think big and still write the copy, storyboard the ad, or ship the campaign.
You’re highly creative but business-minded — you understand how brand drives pipeline, perception, and preference.
You’re confident presenting to executives and can distill multiple perspectives into a clear, aligned message.
You have experience managing social and/or comms channels and know how to punch above your weight in PR.
Bonus Points If You…Have worked in AI, customer experience, or other fast-moving tech verticals.
Bring a strong personal network of creative or PR freelancers.
Have experience building brand frameworks, creative briefs, and editorial calendars.
