Job Description:

What will you work on?
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for connecting our brands with customers and shoppers. You will develop and inform our category priorities and go-to-market plans while overseeing the US P&L for your assigned business segment. This role is key to developing and managing the marketing plans that drive consumer demand in the US Market.
How will you create impact?

  • Manage a portfolio of brands to exceed annual goals for revenue, margin, and market share in the US Market.

  • Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio, including costing, pricing, P&L, and profitability analysis.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to establish consumer-centric retailer activation and promotional plans.

  • Use forecasting and market insights tools (like Circana) to evaluate brand performance and marketing effectiveness.

  • Leverage POS data, marketing performance, and competitive insights to drive commercial results.

  • Manage relationships with key external partners, including licensors, to deliver on brand priorities.

  • Identify market trends and competitive insights to support portfolio management and go-to-market plans.

  • Contribute to Toy Fair preparations and present product lines to retail partners.

What are your skills and experience?

  • Experience managing a portfolio of business in the US market.

  • A deep understanding of how to take products to market.

  • Experience working with licensors and managing licensed brands is preferred.

  • Consumer product brand and marketing management experience, preferably in toys, games, entertainment, or other pop culture products.

  • Experience with pricing, P&L management, channel management, and portfolio management.

  • Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics, including Digital, Social, and Retail Media/E-commerce.

  • Ability to navigate or learn new systems such as Power BI, SAP, and Circana.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Los Angeles is $95,000 to $105,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
