The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to help grow and evolve the Little Sleepies brand. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring that every customer touchpoint—across digital, product, and content—reflects our mission, voice, and values.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, creative, product, and customer experience to build cohesive, impactful brand moments. From seasonal campaigns to new product launches, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

What you’ll do:

  • Drives the creation of compelling brand campaigns & activation strategies rooted in clear brand positioning and purpose.
  • Lead cross-functional brand campaigns from concept to execution—collaborating closely with creative, design, growth and merchandising teams
  • Keep projects moving, teams aligned, and deadlines met—without losing sight of the details.
  • Translate brand strategy into brand moments that connect with our core audience and drive new customer acquisition
  • Work with performance and growth teams to ensure creative is both on-brand and effective
  • Monitor brand health and performance, using data to inform decisions and optimize messaging
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, pop culture, and parenting moments that matter to our customers
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touch points

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, project management, or related experience, preferably in DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong creative instincts and experience leading cross-channel campaigns and activations
  • Leverage a strong understanding of performance reporting to analyze campaign effectiveness, extract insights, and optimize brand strategies for growth.
  • Proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments—skilled at managing complex, cross-functional projects and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Knows what makes a brand stand out—and stick. 
  • Expert in consumer behavior, brand loyalty, and market trends.
  • Experienced in using Asana (or other similar project management tool) to manage cross-functional projects, track progress, and consistently hit deadlines.
