As the Brand Manager, you will lead end-to-end product execution for a high-growth portfolio of trend-driven brands! You will manage plush and plastic lines from concept to shelf, bringing emerging pop culture and entertainment trends to market at global retail. What You Will Do:

  • Drive day-to-day product development from concept to market by coordinating the timely creation, placement, and approval of development samples, presentation models, and marketing photography
  • Act as the primary liaison with licensors by managing portal submissions, coordinating design approvals, and building strong relationships to ensure brand integrity and adherence to development schedules
  • Analyze point-of-sale data, industry trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, co-develop retail exclusive plans, and formulate strategic product positioning
  • Manage product line plans and track project expenditures by negotiating 3D model, tooling, and unit costs with global Product Managers and external partners to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to gather global input, proactively manage inventory, participate in key account calls, and create compelling brand decks for highly effective presentations
  • Serve as the central communication hub utilizing project management software to consistently  update stakeholders while acting as a trainer and mentor for junior staff on the brand team 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, brand management, or project management within the toys or consumer products industry
  • Strong, foundational knowledge of consumer product development lifecycles and global manufacturing processes
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated capability to measure metrics, evaluate information, and proactively formulate strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional projects, and strict deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulately engage, influence, and collaborate with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong proficiency in standard productivity tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite)

Nice To Have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, or an industry-related field is a plus

  • Prior knowledge of or experience utilizing digital rights management systems

What We Offer 

The salary range for this position is $98,640.00 - $110,320.00 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.   

Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.    

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.  Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
