Job Description:
The Brand Manager – North America will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand strategy within the North American market. Reporting to the North America Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure brand consistency while developing and implementing regional initiatives that resonate with our North American prospects and customers. You will be a key contributor to the brand's growth and success in this important region.
This role will be based at our HQ in Brea, CA (3 days in office)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Input: Collaborate with the Global Marketing team and the Regional Marketing Director to provide North American market insights and contribute to the development of the overall brand strategy and creative direction.
- Regional Campaign Brief Development: Develop comprehensive briefs for regional brand campaigns, outlining objectives, target audiences, key messaging, and desired outcomes to inform the Global Marketing team's creative deliverables.
- Social Media Brief Development: Create detailed briefs for regional social media content needs, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy while catering to local trends and preferences.
- Regional Event Creative Activation: Partner with the event team to activate the brand's creative vision at regional events, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience for attendees. This includes providing input on visual elements, messaging, and overall brand presence.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a regional creative team and a brand specialist, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the effective execution of initiatives
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the North American B2B medical device landscape and market dynamics; Orthodontics/dental category experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
