What You’ll Do

The Brand Management - Lifestyle Fall (October – December) Intern will acquire hands-on experience in the world of Brand Management. The Brand Management - Lifestyle team drives the success of Authentic’s world-renowned business across all of the brands in the lifestyle portfolio. As an intern on our team, you’ll learn how to drive continued organic growth across all retail distribution channels and secure our brands’ viability in the global market across all channels through strategic licensing partnerships. 


What you’ll be working on

  • Compile and automate reports for royalty revenue, open categories, among others 
  • Create efficient summaries for brands, contracts, outstanding accounts receivables, among others
  • Research current and future market trends and propose how our brands can be integrated 
  • Learn terms and implications of detailed licensing contracts 
  • Assist with legal paperwork including amendments, letters of authorization, among others
  • Support deal process of signing new licensing agreements from start to finish 
  • Identify new business and collaboration opportunities with our brands 
  • Gather samples for photo shoots in collaboration with product and marketing teams 

Must Haves 

  • Currently enrolled university student
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Able to work onsite 2-3 days in our Irvine office
  • Go-getter who is eager to take initiative and contribute hands-on support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite, experience with large raw data sets and formula writing highly preferred 
  • Process-driven with a mindset for streamlining complex tasks 

Primary Location Salary Range:

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in California, is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in California, is $22
