As a Brand Experience Producer, lead production management of brand stories across various mediums, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
As the Brand Experience Producer, you won't just manage schedules—you will be the primary architect behind how our brand story is physically and digitally realized. You will drive the execution and production management of high-visibility, cross-functional projects that bring our brand to life across every touchpoint, from global out-of-home campaigns to immersive event experiences.
This is a role for a strategic executor who thrives at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence. You will move beyond simple project tracking to become a key partner for our Design, Demand Gen, and Strategy teams, ensuring that every asset we produce is of the highest quality and delivered with precision. If you are passionate about the "how" behind world-class brand experiences and want to make a significant impact on our brand’s growth and perception, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
On a typical day, you might:
- Lead end-to-end production workflows for cross-functional brand projects, taking them from initial scoping and resource coordination through to final delivery.
- Architect detailed production plans that account for every nuance, including creative development cycles, vendor lead times, and rigorous review processes.
- Support high-impact media campaigns by partnering with Paid Media teams on vendor sourcing, material specifications, and the logistics of out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
- Orchestrate video and photo production shoots, managing everything from location scouting and talent coordination to equipment procurement and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to ensure brand consistency across event touchpoints, including design assets, copy materials, branded swag, and video content.
- Build cross-functional bridges with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing to align production deliverables with campaign objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a world-class vendor network, sourcing and negotiating with photographers, videographers, printers, and fabrication partners to ensure brand standards are met.
- Maintain crystal-clear communication with leadership and marketing stakeholders, utilizing project tracking systems to provide real-time updates on production health and timelines.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in production management, project management, or creative operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep production expertise across multiple mediums, including video, photography, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Prior experience in SaaS, software, or high-growth technology companies is highly preferred, showing an ability to navigate evolving market dynamics.
- Proven track record of vendor management, including contract negotiation and the successful management of production budgets.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and production tracking systems to streamline creative workflows.
- Strong organizational leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and influence key business leaders through clear communication.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest brand and quality standards across all deliverables.
- Expertise in creative workflows, with the ability to bridge the gap between initial strategy and final execution.
