Members of the Brand Design team bring the Hex brand to life across every touchpoint. As a Brand Designer at Hex, you will shape how customers, partners, and employees experience our brand — from polished sales assets to delightful swag to visually rich editorial content.
You will join a small team of brand designers and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to elevate our brand and support a growing volume of high-visibility work.
About the role- Own and execute core brand surfaces including swag, sales assets, ebooks, blog imagery, event collateral, social, ads, and launch campaigns
- Develop narrative-rich visuals that strengthen brand equity and communicate ideas clearly and compellingly
- Partner deeply with Marketing to execute campaigns with speed, quality, and consistency
- Bring consistency and craft to a fast-growing library of brand assets, templates, and visual styles
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide thoughtful creative guidance to internal teams
- Prototype and explore new editorial, illustration, and motion approaches to push the brand forward
- Support a scalable brand system by documenting patterns and helping maintain a high bar of visual coherence across channels
- 3–5+ years of experience as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and process
- You have a high slope, hungry to grow, iterate quickly, and take on more ownership over time
- You have enthusiasm for events, swag, and physical brand moments
- You thrive in execution-heavy environments and enjoy shipping high-quality assets at velocity
- You have strong narrative instincts and can articulate ideas clearly through visual storytelling
- You’re comfortable collaborating with marketers, PMMs, and cross-functional partners
- You sweat the details and bring polish, consistency, and brand intentionality to every asset

The salary range for this role is: $120,00 - $160,000
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
