Role Overview 

We’re seeking a Brand & CTV Media Manager to shape how the world discovers and experiences Arena Club. You’ll lead high-impact brand media investments that build emotional connections with collectors while fueling buyer growth and long-term brand consideration.

Working in closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, and agency partners, you’ll own planning, buying, and optimization across Arena Club’s upper-funnel media channels, including CTV, linear, YouTube, and emerging brand formats. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who can build a modern brand engine while still being accountable for real business outcomes.


Responsibilities 

  • Lead buying and optimization for all brand and CTV media campaigns across channels such as YouTube, streaming platforms, programmatic DSPs, and other digital placements.
  • Partner with agency teams to develop channel strategies, media mix models, and tactical recommendations aligned with business goals and audience insights.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting with insights and recommendations on brand performance and incrementality.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams on lift studies, cohort analysis, and upper-funnel attribution, accounting for downstream impact on performance channels.
  • Support major product launches, seasonal campaigns, and tentpole moments through integrated paid media strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital, TV/Streaming, and emerging channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into action
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-focused ad creative development.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy building things from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and pushing new ideas into market.
  • Passion for sports, collectibles, or digital marketplaces is a strong plus.

Location Requirements

  • Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week
