The Department
CAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency with expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. These integrated capabilities come together to offer solutions from planning through execution, and we pull in a collective perspective of expertise with each client brief to ensure we are tapping into diverse thinking and building strategies reflective of the marketplace and culture we work within.

The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Senior Account Executive will play a critical role in supporting an industry-leading alcoholic beverage company. This position is responsible for the strategy development, planning, and partnership management of marquee sports and entertainment partnerships, with a specialized focus on the Hispanic consumer market.

The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of the Hispanic music, soccer, and baseball landscape and be adept at creating culturally relevant, high-impact strategic programs that resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires frequent interaction with the client and strong collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and talent partners.

The Senior Account Executive will work across a wide range of initiatives—from talent partnerships to integrated marketing campaigns—ensuring seamless execution and delivering best-in-class work that aligns with brand objectives and authentically engages Hispanic communities
 

Responsibilities

  • Aid in development & manage day-to-day execution of property-specific programs and contractual assets
  • Aid in the development of integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans, showcasing how digital, social, PR, retail, and other channels come to life
  • Assist with the recommendation, negotiation, and management of talent deals and properties
  • Serve as day-to-day account team support while establishing strong professional relationships with key personnel across assigned accounts and properties
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met 
  • Support overall strategies and planning, working with the internal account team, the client team, and external agencies
  • Maintain project trackers, including timelines, ensuring team deliverables are submitted on schedule
  • Work with other team functions (e.g., Data & Analytics, Insights/Trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
  • Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
  • Track activation budgets with accountability for reporting
  • Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a sports & entertainment consulting environment, agency, property, or brand
  • Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Remarkable attention to detail
  • Ability to “think on one’s feet” in a fast-paced, agency environment 
  • Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines 
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to travel and attend work events outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis (holidays, weekends, nights)
  • Strong organization skills
     

Preferred Skills

  • Agency experience highly preferred with event/experiential background
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) and a general interest in multicultural marketing is a plus
  • Alcohol industry experience is a plus 
     

Location

The Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires three days per week on-site at our Los Angeles or New York City office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $73,000 - $90,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
