We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Assets Manager to join our Creative Operations team within on of our beauty brands based in LA. This role ensures that all brand creative assets, visuals, videos, toolkits, guidelines, and templates are impeccably organized, easily accessible, and consistently aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and operational, someone who can bring structure to dynamic creative workflows while maintaining an appreciation for artistry, innovation, and storytelling. You’ll be the central link between Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless delivery and governance of assets across global and local markets.


Requirements
  • Own the organization, tagging, and distribution of all creative assets across internal teams, external partners, and global markets.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize the brand’s digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are accurately cataloged, metadata is complete, and content is always current.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Marketing to support campaign delivery, versioning, and localization workflows.
  • Track and manage licensing, usage rights, and expiration timelines for all imagery, video, and music assets.
  • Oversee creative workflow operations, including routing for review/approval, final delivery, and archiving.
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity and creative guidelines across all materials.
  • Act as the go-to resource for asset access, brand toolkit distribution, and best practices in asset management.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and global teams to implement new systems, processes, and tools that enhance creative efficiency.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to cross-functional partners on the proper use of brand assets and systems.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 + years of experience in creative operations, asset management, or production coordination, preferably within luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Proven understanding of creative production workflows for print, digital, social, and video.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., Bynder, Frontify, Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Airtable, or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communicator who can liaise effectively with both creative and corporate teams.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passionate about beauty, creativity, and the luxury brand experience.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
