Job Intro:


The Brand and Content Strategist is responsible for shaping and executing Concord’s brand-aligned content across owned and social channels, with a strong emphasis on organic social media growth and search and AI-driven discoverability. This role blends content strategy, editorial execution, and social media management to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and thought leadership in the healthcare market.

This position is ideal for a marketer with 3 to 5 years of experience who can own day-to-day content planning and social performance while partnering closely with Product Marketing and Demand Generation.

Essential Functions:

Content Strategy and Editorial Planning

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy that supports brand positioning, organic discoverability, and thought leadership.
  • Own the editorial calendar across web and social, informed by SEO, AEO, audience insights, and business priorities.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content across formats, including blog posts, social content, web pages, emails, and light multimedia.
  • Ensure content reflects Concord’s brand voice, messaging standards, and content governance guidelines.

Social Media Management and Growth

  • Own day-to-day management of Concord’s organic social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta/Instagram.
  • Plan, publish, and optimize social content to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Use social media as a discovery engine by aligning posts with SEO and AEO priorities, keyword themes, and high-performing content.
  • Monitor social trends and platform best practices to identify new opportunities for visibility and engagement.

SEO, AEO, and Discoverability

  • Apply SEO and AEO best practices to content creation and optimization across web and social channels.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure content supports organic search performance and AI-driven discovery.
  • Use performance insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategies.

Collaboration and Optimization

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives and thought leadership into accessible, audience-focused content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners, including Concord’s Public Relations partner, to produce high-quality content efficiently and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Track and report on audience reach and engagement for organic content and social media, using insights to guide ongoing optimization.

Position Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing organic social media channels.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles and how content and social contribute to discoverability.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an editorial mindset.
  • Experience working with social publishing tools.
  • Comfortable using analytics to inform content decisions, without owning full-funnel performance reporting.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Healthcare or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000. Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
