The Brand Ambassador drives brand loyalty by promoting TaylorMade products in various retail environments, providing training, insights, and maintaining partnerships with local retailers.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain focus on the TaylorMade athlete and golf at the center of everything.
- Leverage passion and position to strategically authenticate TaylorMade stories in the marketplace, bringing the brand and product innovation stories to life across the retail landscape as the local product expert
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with approximately 40 off-course retail locations, fostering brand loyalty and ensuring consistent engagement across diverse retail environments.
- Maintain a high level of product and fitting knowledge to educate retailer associates and fitters to assist customers
- Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail associates and fitters on TaylorMade’s mission, brand and product innovation
- Work closely with each retail location to uphold TaylorMade’s visual merchandising standards and deliver an exceptional in-store experience—ensuring the brand is showcased at its best and aligned with customer expectations
- Engage, communicate and work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors around the country to effectively understand best practices and foster a passionate community culture
- Leverage marketplace expertise to develop locally relevant annual and seasonal strategies aligned with greater TaylorMade initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership by providing weekly insights reports that reflect consumer behaviors, product feedback, competitive activity, and market trends
- Work a Thursday–Monday schedule (40 hours) tailored to retail demands, with Mondays dedicated to office-based tasks—preparing reports and delivering actionable insights from weekly calls.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic. Ability to engage with people to inspire and influence retail associates
- Must have playing ability, prefer 10 handicap or better
- Sincere passion and understanding of golf. Knowledge of the golf consumer, industry and TaylorMade brands and products.
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic: high comfort level to engage with people to inspire and influence retail associates
- Ability to drive a culture of never-done, and always service oriented
- Must have strong organizational skills and be very dependable with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day
- Ability to be proactive, assertive and skilled at problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years’ experience in golf-related sales and club fitting technical skills
- PGA / PGM affiliation preferred
- Prior experience in training, marketing and project management with a strong focus on product innovation.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain Thursday – Monday schedule.
- Flexibility in hours available for scheduled work, including weekends.
- Extensive driving, local travel required to visit retail locations
- Must always hold valid driver’s license with ability to drive to various locations to perform work
- Must live in the defined territory with ability to travel within territory lines
- Extensive computer and phone usage.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
