Desired Skills and Experience
To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have the following:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- CL-604 PIC Type Rating
- Must reside in Southern California
PIC Minimums:
- 4,000 hours total pilot time
- 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC
- 3,000 hours multi-engine total
- 250 hours PIC in type
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $185K–$225K Schedule: 10 on 10 off
- 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary
- Medical, dental, and vision — 100% company paid
- Loss of Medical insurance (disability pays 65% of annual income for up to 5 years)
- Two weeks of vacation per year
