Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Blogging and Case Writing Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging blog posts, creating impactful case studies, and documenting customer success stories that highlight the value Wondy brings to eCommerce brands. You’ll interact directly with customers to capture their experiences and demonstrate how Wondy helps them save money and improve their relationships with 3PLs. The ideal candidate is curious about the eCommerce and logistics space and eager to contribute original blog ideas to showcase Wondy’s expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and publish high-quality blog posts showcasing industry insights, trends, and Wondy’s expertise.

  • Suggest original blog content ideas to highlight relevant topics and engage our audience.

  • Develop compelling case studies by interviewing customers to document how Wondy optimizes fulfillment spend and enhances 3PL performance.

  • Collaborate with the team to craft narratives that highlight customer successes and Wondy’s impact.

  • Use tools like Figma, Framer, HubSpot, and Google Workspace to streamline content creation, editing, and publishing.

  • Conduct research to support blog topics, case studies, and other written materials.

  • Ensure all written content aligns with Wondy’s tone, voice, and branding guidelines.

  • Track content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of experience in writing, blogging, or content creation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing customers and capturing their stories effectively.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the eCommerce and logistics space.

  • Excellent research and writing skills with an ability to create professional and engaging content.

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, HubSpot, and Google Workspace is preferred but not required.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • A proactive mindset and passion for storytelling, startups, and the eCommerce industry.
