You willAnalyze large, complex datasets (on-chain and off-chain) to derive strategic and product insights
Develop models and dashboards to monitor validator performance, user behavior, and protocol performance
Investigate network economics, user incentives, and staking flows to support growth strategies, research new revenue opportunities
Conduct exploratory and root-cause analysis of ecosystem or performance changes
Build data tools and reporting frameworks to scale internal decision-making
Present insights and data stories clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or research roles in tech, fintech, or crypto
Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python (must be comfortable working with large, complex datasets)
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills – ability to work from ambiguous problem statements to clear recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Experience with data visualization tools like Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
Experience of building data pipelines with tools like dbt, Airflow etc.
Prior work in Web3, or an active interest in the crypto space
Experience with blockchain data platforms: Dune Analytics, The Graph, Flipside, etc.
Exposure to staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or DeFi analytics
