About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, energetic Billing Specialist who loves turning “no” into “yes,” solving problems like a pro, and getting paid for results. If you thrive on outbound calls, love helping customers sort out their accounts, and get a thrill from collecting revenue, this is your spot!
Key Responsibilities- Be our Revenue Hero! Spend most of your day making outbound calls to delinquent accounts, negotiating smart payment solutions, and bringing money in the door.
- Handle inbound billing calls and chats like a champ. Resolving issues fast, processing payments, and keeping clients happy.
- Jump in as the team’s Utility Player! Sometimes you’ll dive into merchant portals (Celero, Nuvei, Revolv3), fight chargebacks, audit accounts, or fix tricky billing stuff.
- Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where every successful collection feels like a win.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years in collections, billing, account reconciliation, or busy customer service
- Confident on the phone, especially with tough conversations
- Comfortable with CRMs (Logics/IRSLogics experience is a big plus)
- Experience with merchant portals is a bonus
- Bonus points if you speak fluent Spanish!
- Positive, adaptable team player who’s motivated by targets and loves variety
Compensation: $25 per hour + 1% commission on revenue you personally generate + monthly performance bonus of up to $500
Position Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Onsite- Irvine, CA
**This position is eligible for commissions after successful completion of the initial 60-day full-time employment period. The average commission earnings for representatives currently in this role is approximately $1000 per month, based on historical performance data. Commissions are entirely performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary significantly depending on individual effort, volume, and other variables. No minimum commission amount is promised or assured, and past performance (including averages from current reps) does not predict or guarantee future results for any individual.
