Position is responsible for assisting in data entry related to the pricing and billing function and gathering and verifying billing information and ensuring accurate and complete data.
Hourly Rate:
• $27.51 - $28.51 Per Hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Daily review of flight service tickets for accuracy, input corrections into CxP Portal
-
Performs SAP back-flushing
-
Manually creates billings for charters (101C) and off-scheduled flight activity
-
Audits flight tickets prior to cycle change assuring accuracy of menus and billing codes
-
Researches billing discrepancies; assist with resolution due to price, quantity and service discrepancies and Escalate to Account Services Group to get immediate solution.

Assists in the setup and configuration of schedules and catering rules in the billing system and extracts this information from various units.

Collects and processes sales order data from an assigned set of units.

Assists in the bill of materials data in SAP.

Assist in Meal Tagging Review
-
Assists in data entry related to pricing and billing.
-
Assists in the electronic invoicing (AP Related activities)
-
Assists in gathering data for invoicing.
-
Assists in reporting metric data.
-
Runs assigned system processes.
-
Resolves any reported issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Education:
-
High school or GED required.
-
Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
Work Experience:
-
3 years invoicing/billing experience.
-
3 years customer service experience.
-
Previous experience with an ERP system a plus.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
-
Ability to plan & organize work schedules, establish workload priorities and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
-
Must have an excellent attention to detail.
-
Excellent Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word skills.

Good basic math, analytical, follow-up, problem solving and organizational skills
-
Airline and food manufacturing industry experience helpful

Ability to adapt well to change and change management

Must be able to understand and apply basic knowledge of an ERP system

Must have excellent attention to detail

Must thrive in a team based environment

Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines, and be proactive in problem solving
