About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will build trusted customer relationships and help drive revenue growth through a consultative, solution-based approach. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to support onboarding, product adoption, retention, and long-term success while demonstrating the value delivered through our solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical and strategic management to a subset of Customer Success team responsible for onboarding new customers
  • Drive consistent performance and results by leading and sponsoring continuous improvement projects
  • Act as the product expert, supporting both customers and internal teams while adhering to best practices
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ objectives and become their trusted partner
  • Define and oversee lifecycle processes and touch points for customers on product usage, onboarding, adoption, and NPS
  • Conduct regular account reviews, manage escalations, and create standard presentation materials for lifecycle plans
  • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value and Return On Investment delivered
  • Gather feedback internally from teams and externally from customers for alignment and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Solid communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment
  • Technical aptitude with advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
  • Ability to execute sales strategies and communicate them to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to work in a team-selling environment
  • Excellent strategic account management experience in sales and client retention using solution and consultative selling approaches
  • Successful track record of B2B sales experience in subscription, solution-based selling, or similar business models

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Canada ON $65,400-$109,000(CAD) and Total Target Cash Range for primary location in Ontario is $100,600-$167,900(CAD).
