Job Title: Public Sector, Bid and Proposal Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Public Sector, Bid and Proposal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bid and proposal process, ensuring compliance with government standards, and managing partnerships to support our public sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutions Oversight:

  Lead or oversee requirements assessment for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and competitive pricing proposals.

• Statement of Work (SOW):

  Lead or oversee the management of Government Statements of Work.

  Ensure consistency with government proposals, customer expectations, profitability, and legal and compliance standards.

• Legal and Operational Exception Management:

  Review and identify legal and operational exceptions early in the RFP process.

  Communicate exceptions to sales teams for qualification and strategic decision-making.

  Identify, communicate, and train sales teams on non-negotiable or negotiable terms and conditions.

• Partnerships:

  Apply and maintain standards for managing third-party software and services partnerships.

  Ensure consistency and compliance with government teams and Strada corporate standards.

• Bid Site Management:

  Monitor bid site communication as part of a broader team using BidNet and other government procurement methods.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in bid and proposal management, preferably within the public sector.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and knowledge of government procurement processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and government officials.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing proposals and legal documents.
• Ability to travel: Travel will vary based on need but can reach as much as 40%

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

102,400 USD

Maximum :

162,600 USD
