ClickUp is seeking a Benefits Partner to lead the design and execution of our benefits programs across the United States, Canada, and EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to shape the well-being of our global crew by ensuring our benefits philosophy is both competitive and compassionate. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things benefits, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver programs that provide peace of mind and support our mission to make the world more productive.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, financially savvy, and technically skilled benefits professional with a bias for execution and a deep understanding of how benefits impact employees’ lives. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about building programs that matter.

The Role:
  • Manage end-to-end program management of benefits, including policies, compliance, communications and cyclical programs (e.g. open enrollment) across US, Canada, and EMEA
  • Design, execute and maintain benefits best practices and SOPs, with emphasis in LOA
  • Partner with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional teams to execute and improve our benefits strategy
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits, providing guidance to employees, executives, and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations and Systems teams, leveraging Workday and other HRIS tools
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our benefits offerings and employee experience
  • Partner with and mentor a Benefits Analyst

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in US benefits program design and management: Healthcare, Retirement, Leaves of Absence, Income Protection, and Perks
  • Proficiency working with People Systems, Operations and Payroll teams. Workday experience preferred
  • Strong experience managing LOAs in US
  • Strong experience managing self-funded medical programs in the US
  • Working knowledge of benefits programs in Canada and EMEA (UK and Ireland)
  • Strong financial, strategic, and technical acumen (spreadsheets, presentations, policy drafting). Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Highly enthusiastic about learning and implementing AI tools, such as ClickUp Brain!

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience managing benefits programs in India and/or Philippines
  • Experience working with Tilt for LOAs in US and Canada
  • Experience on mobility programs and best practices

Salary and Benefits

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$135,000$171,000 USD
