What You’ll Do:

Strategic Vision: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with our corporate culture and business goals.
  • Ensure our programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent across all global locations.

Benefits Administration: 

Oversee all aspects of benefits management, including onboarding, renewal analysis, open enrollment, leave management, vendor relationships, and responding to employee inquiries.

Collaboration: 

  • Partner with the People Leadership team to design innovative and meaningful benefits programs that reflect our unique company identity.

Operational Excellence: 

  • Manage enrollments, verify employee eligibility, process monthly premiums, facilitate reimbursements, and execute other critical tasks to ensure smooth benefits operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate financial data flow.
  • Work with the Systems team to manage eligibility file feeds and promptly address discrepancies.

Employee Resource: 

  • Serve as a trusted benefits advisor, offering expert guidance and support to employees and leaders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and managing US Benefits. 1+ years of experience owning a global benefits programs, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, market practices, and diverse funding mechanisms.
  • Global Scope: Proven success in managing both US and global benefits programs.
  • Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR systems, including benefits enrollment platforms. Workday experience preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinker and exceptional problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Story-Telling: Skilled in leveraging data to influence decision-making and drive meaningful changes in benefits programs.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to exceptional employee experiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
