Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $70,000 - $90,000.
While this role is based in Austin, TX with a hybrid in-office schedule preferred, we are open to remote candidates with strong experience.
This position is currently part of Boeing but is planned to transition to an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close. Additional details about this transition will be shared as they become available. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and vendor coordination across health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
- Support benefits onboarding, changes, offboarding, and open enrollment in partnership with brokers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA and ERISA
- Support audits, reporting, and filings (e.g., Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, etc.)
- Assist with HRIS data entry, audits, and reporting to maintain data accuracy
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to total rewards, compliance, DEI, and company-wide initiatives
- Contribute to employee communications, training, and policy documentation as needed
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience working with HRIS platforms; UKG (UltiPro) experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
- Experience in a tech or high-growth company strongly preferred
- Global benefits or international HR experience a plus
- SHRM-CP, CEBS, or similar certification preferred
- For local candidates, a hybrid in-office schedule is preferred
