The Bellwether Women's Mentorship Program pairs undergraduate women with mentors in real estate for career guidance and networking.
Bellwether is excited to announce its fourth year of the Bellwether Women’s Mentorship Program for undergraduate women at local universities who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate. The application portal is available on the Bellwether website where undergrads can apply to be paired with women at the Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Dallas offices based on their interests, experience, and goals. Mentees will utilize the mentors for advice on internships and recruiting as well as career guidance as they break into CRE through monthly meetings and networking events. Deadline to apply is September 30th, 2025. The program is open to undergraduate women in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Dallas. If you are not local to one of these three locations and are interested in participating remotely, please apply to the Los Angeles location.
