Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
  • Run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs.
  • Keep lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Assist with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.

What We Are Looking For

  • Guest service experience preferred – You know how to create a warm, welcoming first impression.
  • Friendly, professional attitude – Because kindness is always in style.
  • Good communication skills – Clear, courteous, and helpful with every guest interaction.
  • Physically ready – Able to lift luggage, stand, and walk for most of your shift.
  • Flexible availability – Guests arrive at all hours, and you’re ready to roll with it.
