The Behavioral Health Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health roles, focusing on candidate experience and pipeline development.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic contract Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical/BH Recruiting, this role is essential in helping us scale our Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of roles. The Behavioral Health Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Behavioral Health team, recruiting for roles such as Psychiatrists and Master Level Therapists.
- Identify, and engage top talent, using creative sourcing strategies.
- Champion a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and quality care.
- Develop a robust pipeline of clinical talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance workflows, refine processes, and improve recruitment efficiencies.
- Partner with Analytics on pipeline data, recruitment metrics and performance data to share insights
- Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate offer details to ensure successful offer acceptances.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience leading full-cycle recruitment within behavioral health, for virtual/tele-health.
- Strong track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with a focus on building diverse and inclusive pipelines.
- Proficient in Lever or other modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
Starting hourly rate for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
