The on target earnings for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience, split between base salary ($65,000 - $85,000) and commissions ($10,000 - $20,000).

What You'll Do
- As Marble's second BDR, you will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for school partnerships (counselors, student support teams, district leaders, and related stakeholders)
- Run high-volume outbound across phone, email and other channels - continuously testing messaging and strategy
- Build and maintain a clean, accurate CRM: notes, stages, activity tracking, and forecasting inputs
- Partner tightly with AEs and marketing to refine ICP, talk tracks, and objection handling
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or other high-velocity outbound role (startup experience a plus)
- Proven ability to hit activity and meeting targets
- Startup-minded - scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity
- Highly organized: you run a tight day, follow up relentlessly, and keep a crisp pipeline
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence
