Our Dominican Republic operations play a critical role in our ability to provide best-in-class service to our partners and merchant clients by efficiently processing funding applications we receive and providing a multitasking level of internal and external services to our data-driven organization. In this role you will manage a team of sales representatives responsible for prospecting efforts for our Paid in Full portfolio. You will report to the Director of Renewals and you will collaborate with other departments both in our Santiago and Boston offices.
In this role you will:
Oversee a team of Customer Engagement Representatives, including managing, coaching, and developing the team to meet specific metrics and outcomes
Partner with the US Sales team to ensure clear alignment between how we approach our work and engage with customers
Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of individuals and the department, and leverage the information to evolve processes
Continuous coaching and development of the team through frequent feedback conversations based on call reviews, account reviews, and key data
Proactively identify areas for improvement, including how we partner with our customers and partners and hold the team accountable for implementing and adapting to changes
Enhance our existing processes and implement creative new ways for the team to meet their goals
Be an excellent change manager, with demonstrated ability to launch successful changes across the department, understanding the impact on other teams and the company, and leveraging relationships to build buy-in for the changes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience managing sales roles
Analytical abilities, proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions
Adapt sales strategies to the industry needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong listening skills with the ability to see situations from the perspective of others. comfortable communicating and networking
