- Drive the strategic direction of the business development team to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to grow the business.

- Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the client base and enhance profitability.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Zeal Group remains at the forefront of the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
