About the OpportunityWhat You'll Be Doing

Responsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and executing affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIs

  • Partnering with communities to launch campaigns with KOLs

  • Developing a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycle

  • Providing support to the Affiliate Growth team as required

Your performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:

  • The total number of affiliate users

  • Conversion rate and churn of affiliate users

  • Affiliate users' FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM metrics

What We Look For In You 

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments and committed to hard work.

  • Energetic, curious and a fast learner.
