About the role
- This role is responsible for executing the company’s market sales strategies, enhancing brand value and market influence. The candidate will align with corporate strategic planning, deeply understand market dynamics and product advantages; maintain customer relationships through regular communication and interaction to build and sustain strong client rapport, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The candidate must keenly identify client needs, utilize extensive sales experience, proficiently apply data analysis to monitor BD activity effectiveness, adjust strategies based on feedback, and ensure activities meet expected goals. Demonstrate strong teamwork, efficient execution, and excellent communication skills
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain new regional clients, establish and nurture strong customer relationships, manage the entire sales process from sales to payment collection, and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing targets.
- Familiarize with company product modules, collaborate with the pricing department to formulate sales prices based on client needs and product costs, and integrate/implement tailored solutions.
- Proactively collect and provide market insights to assist the team in deepening understanding of new regional markets.
- Achieve personal and regional sales plans, deeply engage with industry-leading clients to drive business model innovation, establish benchmarks, and build the company’s service reputation and brand.
Qualifications
- Above 2years of sales experience in international express companies/international freight forwarding/export cross-border e-commerce logistics. Familiarity with export air freight, overseas warehousing/distribution, and parcel line services. B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics experience is mandatory. Must have experience in local market development and familiarity with cross-border logistics or e-commerce market.
- Fluent in English and local language; Nice to have Mandarin speaking ability
- Self-driven, able to handle pressure and challenges, with strong planning and sales process management skills.
- Excellent logical thinking, communication, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and brand/marketing planning capabilities.
