About the Role: Senior Partner Business Manager
As the BD Ecosystem Partner Director at ZEDEDA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach through strategic software partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and executing go-to-market strategies to drive the adoption of ZEDEDA's edge computing solutions.
Partnership Development Responsibilities
- Analyze market data, technology trends, and collaborate with members of the engineering, product, technology, sales,s and marketing teams to create go-to-market sales strategies that will differentiate us from our competitors and enable the field sales teams to exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic technology partners, including IT, Kubernetes, and business application software solutions.
- Build technical and business materials to educate the market and internal teams on the value of the combined solution.
- Provide guidance and support to partners to ensure effective positioning, sales training, and enablement of ZEDEDA's products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual business success and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions, solution bundles, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in software business development within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, the Kubernetes ecosystem, and related IT software market trends.
- Experience in edge computing, IoT, while building and managing strategic partnerships and technical alliances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel for up to 40% of the time.
Pay & Benefits
ZEDEDA's main compensation philosophy is to provide you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop with the company. The base pay range, dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location for this role, is between $220000 and $300000, and will also include equity and benefits components to round out your total compensation.
