Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here
California compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
