Description:
- Answer customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with online banking issues and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and update account details.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of banking or financial services experience.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and banking systems.
